WIP-How Does your Garden Grow

So far this is my progress on How Does your Garden Grow sampler by Papillon Creations.  Currently I am stitching Part 4.

Threads!!!

Lovely gift I got from Meg from SMO board.

Sweetheart Trio strawberry emery

This is an old finish that I made into a strawberry emery.

King’s Tut mask

King’s Tut Mask, designed by Marv Schier and stitched on 32ct lambswool linen.

I really enjoyed stitching this project.  It had many color changes and it made it a little hard, but the more I worked on it, the more I liked it.

Strawberry Emeries by Little Stitches

Here is my set of Strawberry Emeries from Little Stitches, designed by Anita Diamond.  They were a joy to stitch and very easy to assemble.  I stitched them on off-white and white linen.

More threads and embellishments…

My first order from Anita’s Little Stitches site arrived!  I got 5 Threadworx threads (Earth Stones, Desert Sunset, Bleeding Hearts, Renaissance and Pastel Sunset) and the Embellishment Pack for finishing the Strawberry Emery Collection I.

Strawberry emery with quaker motifs

This is my first strawberry emery.  I found this lovely freebie here: http://aurytm.com/blog/  I stitched it on a natural piece of linen using DMC Variations 4200 and a ribbon I have at home.

Spring biscornu by Barbara Ana Designs

I enjoyed a lot stitching this biscornu.  It is bigger than all the biscornus I have stitched before, so it took me more time to finish it.  It is done on a soft green aida fabric that looked “springy” for me.  I used some WDW threads (Bubble Gum, Carrot and Peoria Purple).

Needle Necessities threads

I purchased these threads from a stitcher.  The colors are even more beautiful in person.

I got Tapestry Green (138), Mery’s Spring Bouquet (1392), Angel Face (1741), Raspberry Ice (1031), Harlequin (191) and Cherry Blossom (1801).

Biscornu

This is a chart from SanMan Originals Doodle’s Day.  The thread I used is Multicolor Anchor 1335 and the fabric is a very pale yelow linen.
