Il Grande Favorito

Nice and clear pattern by Isabell Kraemer. I knitted it with a little more than 6 balls of Rowan Lima in color «Amazon». Since the yarn was finer I knitted a bigger size (42) with 6.5 mm but it was not as big as I thought. It is a cropped sweater but I like it and the yarn makes it very warm and soft.

Moorhouse

Husband’s Christmas gift. For finishing it on time I omitted all the cable. It was a very long knitting. Lots and lots of stocking stitching. Hope he likes it. Started this on December 11 and finished it on December 20.

He normally wears L/XL but since I read comments at Ravelry that the sizes were big I knitted the small size and changed the increases in the sleeves using a sweater of him as a guide. Otherwise the sleeves would be very wide.

Pattern is by Martin Storey for Rowan.

Rosebud by Jared Flood. Very nice and clear pattern. I did the small version (2 charts repeat) and it was perfect. I used less than 1 skein of Fashion Starlight Chunky by Rico Design in red 006 color.

And the last one… Moon by Kim Hargreaves knitted with less than one skein of Rowan Cocoon. I only did 2 chart repeats in order to use just the skein I got. Knitted it with 4 mm and 6 mm needles.
